10. Billing/Subscription

The Billing/Subscription menu shows what your company is subscribed to and what it is using.

Where to find it: Admin › Billing/Subscription › Subscription

Admin › Billing/Subscription › Subscription shows your plan, its price and status, the next renewal date and what happens at renewal, and how many users and connections you are using against what the plan includes (for example "6 of 5 users · 2 of 3 connections"). It lists active paid add-ons with their monthly amount, first period, and end date; add-ons ending at renewal; and requests pending approval.

Extra users and extra connections beyond your plan are requested automatically when you add them, and wait for billing approval before they can be used. This page does not take a card.

Who can change these settings: Anyone who can open Admin can view it.

Users and connections in use

Shows how many active users and connections you have against the number your plan includes. Check it before adding people or connections; anything over the included number waits for approval and is billed as an add-on once approved.

• Who can change it: Anyone who can open Admin can view it.
• Example: 6 of 5 users means one extra user is waiting for, or billed as, an add-on.

Pending approval

Requests for extra users or connections that have not yet been approved. A pending connection cannot connect, and a pending user cannot be used, until approval. Contact Invatrak billing if something has been pending longer than expected.

• Who can change it: Anyone who can open Admin can view it.
• Example: ShipStation shows as pending after adding a fourth connection on a three-connection plan.
